  2. Pass the Practice Exam
  3. Pass the Certification Exam

2 - SurePass™ Guarantee Refund Process
  1. Upload official evidence from your provincial regulator showing that you have failed the same LLQP module exam three times.
    • This evidence must be submitted within five (5) business days of your third failed attempt.
    • Note: Failing three different modules does not qualify.

SurePass™ Guarantee Limitations:

The SurePass™ Guarantee applies only to your Oliver LLQP course registration fee. It does not cover provincial exam fees or third-party licensing charges.

The guarantee applies once per student registration.

  • The maximum refund is equal to the original amount paid to Oliver.
  • It does not multiply based on the number of modules failed.
  • Only one refund will be issued per student, regardless of how many modules were attempted or failed.

SpeedPass™ Membership Subscription – Terms and Conditions

1 - Membership Subscription Overview

The SpeedPass program is offered as a membership subscription. By enrolling in the SpeedPass membership program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The initial membership fee provides access to LLQP course materials and related services for 120 days from the purchase date.

A non-refundable $25 administrative fee applies to each new membership activation. This fee covers processing and setup costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2 - Membership Renewal

After the initial 120-day period, your membership will automatically renew every 30 days at the listed renewal rate, billed in advance. This renewal will continue unless cancelled or terminated.

Where required by law, we will provide advance notice before renewal charges are processed.

3 - Active Membership Requirements

Membership access is available only to active members in good standing, which means:

  • A valid and up-to-date payment method is on file;
  • No cancellations have been initiated and no payments have failed.

If either condition is not met, your membership will terminate and access will be revoked. If a payment fails, access may be restored only after a successful payment.

4 - Cancellation and Reactivation

You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

  • Cancellation ends access immediately and stops future billing.
  • No refunds are issued for unused time, except where required by law.
  • If you choose to re-enroll later, it will be treated as a new membership activation and the non-refundable $25 administrative fee will apply. Course progress will not be retained.

To maintain your course history and extended access, you may consider upgrading to CorePass or SurePass, which retain your records for up to one year.

5 - Exam Attempts and Membership Termination

Your SpeedPass Online membership provides access to study materials and support for the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP). If you do not successfully pass the LLQP exam after using all attempts permitted by the applicable provincial regulator, your SpeedPass Online membership will automatically terminate.

In such cases:

  • No refunds will be provided for fees already paid, including the administrative fee.
  • To continue preparing for the LLQP exam, you must purchase a new SpeedPass Online package.

6 - Payment Authorization and Failures

By joining, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the initial fee and all future renewals.

  • It is your responsibility to keep payment information valid and up to date.
  • If a payment fails, your membership may be automatically terminated.
  • Access is maintained only after a successful payment.

7 - Access and Usage Limitations

  • Membership is for individual use only and is non-transferable.
  • Sharing login credentials or content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
  • Course updates released during your active membership are included at no extra charge.

8 - No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including for:

  • Early cancellations;
  • Inactivity (e.g., not logging in);
  • Termination due to policy violation or failed payment;
  • Termination due to failure of the LLQP exam after all permitted attempts.

Exception: Refunds will be provided if required under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

9 - Pricing and Membership Changes

We may update pricing or features with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle after notification.

10 - Taxes

Applicable taxes will be added to membership fees at checkout and reflected on your invoice.

11 - Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be notified of material changes in advance, and if you do not agree, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect. Continued use of the membership after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

12 - Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

LLQP Course Attempt and Expiry Policy

The following applies to all students enrolled in LLQP courses offered by Oliver Solutions:

Exam Attempt Limit

Each LLQP module allows a maximum of four exam attempts.

  1. Regulatory Limit on Exam Attempts
    In accordance with provincial regulatory requirements, failure on a fourth attempt of any individual LLQP module will result in the expiry of your LLQP course.
  2. Consequences of Course Expiry
    Once a course has expired, you will no longer have access to the course content, exam results, or course history. All progress toward module completion will be forfeited.
  3. Re-Enrollment Requirement
    To continue working toward your LLQP certification after course expiry, you must re-enrol in the LLQP certification course and start anew, completing all required modules again in full.

For Québec residents:

Cancellation and refund rights for educational services are governed by the Consumer Protection Act (Québec), and applicable statutory cancellation rights will apply notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms.
